Program description
Future is Feminist program is a set of trainings for young and inspiring girls and women who are ready to learn, progress, lead and serve democratic processes and want to develop their career in business or politics.
The training should provide understanding and skills in managing human resources, budget, priorities and time, as well as in-depth knowledge of the principles of women's governance.
Оваа програма се разликува од обуки на други теми поради тоа што допира до лични и политички прашања. Обуката се фокусира на четирите клучни карактеристики: знаење, ставови, вештини и навики. Токму затоа пред тренингот се предвидува проценка на потребите на учесниците. Токму затоа обуката е дизајнирана да биде флексиилна и да успее да ги опфати сите прашања, а во исто време да ги пресретне потребите на учесниците.
In a period of 6 months (April - November), 4 thematic units will be held for a duration of 2 days or a total of 8 working days.
Goals of the program
The goals of the program are to detect and train young girls and women who will strengthen their leadership skills to change society for the better.
Participants profile
The training is suitable for young progressive girls and women aged 21-29 who want to advance in their career and who have progressive attitudes and values.
Number of participants
In order to ensure the appropriate dynamics of the academy as well as to achieve efficiency, the number of participants should range from 15 to 18 participants.

Program duration
Академијата е со вкупно времетраење од 6 месеци (април – ноември) во кои работни се 8 дена поделени во 4 тематски единици по 2 дена. Агенда за секоја тематска единица се состои од воведна, завршна сесија и 6 тематски сесии по 70 – 90 минути. Тематските единици може да се одржуваат како посебни или да се комбинира меѓусебе како пакет на обуки.
Way of conducting the program
The program is in the format of interactive workshops. The approach of the trainer is open, that is, the trainer has his own section for the presentation of the contents with space for questions and discussions by the participants
The sessions consist of 70% exercises through which the participants will be able to use the acquired knowledge and directly put themselves in the situation of decision-makers or leaders who have to manage an institution/organization/company. In addition, two thematic units include inspirational speakers who will further strengthen the self-confidence of the participants.
Training is best conducted in person because it requires intensive interaction and discussions about value systems and attitudes. The training should be implemented in a space that offers the opportunity to build trust between the participants as well as a space for informal discussions on the topic. It is significant that there is a representation of women from different ethnic communities in the group of participants.
Approach of trainers
The aim of the program is to provide a space for the participants to apply the knowledge gained during the training, to reconsider their attitudes and to exchange experiences. Presentations should cover the basic issues of the topic and leave room for discussion. Audiovisual aids are crucial for making presentations more effective.
Applying an appropriate seating arrangement can encourage active participation and encourage exchange of experiences between participants. It is recommended that participants sit in small groups around a table. There should be enough space in the room for role playing, demonstration and movement exercises.
